Shipping & returns
Packed by hand, sent with care — the same standard we have kept at the counter since 1894.
Dispatch
- — Orders confirmed over WhatsApp or phone are packed within 1–2 working days (the shop is closed on Tuesdays).
- — Delivery within West Bengal usually takes 2–4 working days; the rest of India takes 4–8 working days.
- — Every saree is folded with tissue and sealed in a moisture-proof cover before it leaves the counter.
Store pickup
- — Choose store pickup and collect from 13 Manindra Road, Khagra, Berhampore, Murshidabad 742103.
- — We hold reserved pieces for 48 hours. Carry your order reference or the WhatsApp message.
Exchange
- — Unused pieces in original packaging may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, with the bill.
- — Handloom weaves carry small natural irregularities — these are a mark of the craft, not a defect.
- — Innerwear, blouse pieces and cut fabric cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Damaged in transit
- — Message us a photo of the parcel and the piece within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund in full.
